Back on Sunday February 8, 2009, I was going through a tough time due to many crooks in the form of scams and seemingly honest people that I met. Then, the MANIFESTO assignment came and it helped me to release all the negativity and destructive emotions that had the potential to destroy my good hearted nature. I needed to leave behind me all those losers and I DID IT. I AM MOVING ON! I am an idealist who refuses to be suspicious of people which in turn has created a big deal of problems. However, here I am three months later satisfied that what did not kill me gave strength.
I have not changed my mind regarding my belief that these CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS are just PARASITES and big losers. It is amazing to confirm that the natural law of CAUSE AND EFFECT works wonderfully. For me it is like an absolute truth. Those crooks and liars tend to destroy themselves. My burning desire of writing using literary devices such as POETIC JUSTICE, SARCASM AND SATIRE gives me motivation to work harder. After all we all create our own KARMA.

Critique 4: Review of Group Project “The Invasion of Ipyria.”
Critique 4: Review of Group Project “The Invasion of Ipyria.”
I decided for The Invasion of Ipyria regarding my 4th critique created by George, Jonathan and Kate.
It is a very interesting project especially because it has important traditional fiction elements such as story plot. I particularly liked the mystery element where the reader makes the decision of choosing his/her path out of the situation. The links to each option works great in the sense that the reader could also be a character in the story. This fact is the strongest point of this project not only because the reader is interacting by choosing the links but also because the reader could function as the character in the story.
This type of fiction interaction has great potential because a short and simple story offers endless possibilities in terms of fiction elements such as characters, plot, tone, point of view…
The interaction between the author and the reader can function like a game where the reader engages in the plot or story in a way that is not possible in traditional fiction reading. It is true that by reading fiction from a traditional book or plain text the reader interact by flipping its pages, but by reading through interactive fiction, the reader selects kind of his/her destiny. For instance, this story plot offers four different links to the readers that functions like four different paths to take in order to be out of that particular situation.
Overall this project has accomplished to present an idea that through interactive fiction the possibilities are endless in terms of fiction elements to create great stories in the digital world.

Critique 3 – Literal Latin American Voices.
Critique 3 – Literal Latin American Voices.
I selected the Bilingual Magazine Literal with a subtitle Latin American Voices. According to the web site for this online magazine, it has two main purposes: it functions as a forum which it is like the modern matching of a conventional bulletin board. It also serves as a vehicle for the most talented Latin American new writers.
The contributors appear to be mostly unknown writers in the Hispanic literary market and it seems that they live in both countries Mexico and the United states. However, there is one great familiar name: Adolfo Castañón. He is definitely a known writer and editor who won an important prize in 2008: The Xavier Villaurrutia. According to the Spanish Wikipedia, it is one of the most recognized prizes given in Mexico for the Spanish literary world.
This online Bilingual Magazine, I think it definitely offers an effective platform for creative work in both languages: English and Spanish.
I can see its potential of reaching out to a huge and diverse audience in the United States and every country in Latin America and Spain. Its web site offers a great variety of topics such as blogs, news & events, archives, videos, links…and the most important aspect is that everything is published in both languages.
Digital Literal Publishing
It definitely takes advantage of the digital format by publishing only a brief description along with a picture of the literary work in question. It serves like a promotion to the writer for his/her work because this magazine offers subscriptions at Amazon.com as well. As an unknown voice and bilingual writer, I would definitely love to be published by this great Literal online magazine.
